How does the show work?

Under the strict supervision of the Maitre d’, who is eagerly attempting to restore a forgotten era of proper manners, the Staff do their best to fulfill their duties as waiters. However, as the old saying goes: no one is obliged beyond their ability.

The show runs for about one hour while the guests eat, drink, talk and laugh. It is a sophisticated and extremely funny combination of improvised interaction with the guests and top grade stage performance (no actual stage needed at smaller events).
